Home-Grown Therapy 6/3/10

Hey again, it is time for this week's Home-Grown Therapy! Two weeks ago we covered number 10, violent video games, then last week number 9, kneading playdoh! And that brings us to number 8!
Hoo-Rah!

Anyways this week for Home-Grown Therapy is this- number 8. Bubble Baths

After a stressful day or week it is relaxing to recline in a nice warm bubble bath! Although not prudent for the summer time during the hot hours, if you take one late enough in the evening (When it is cooler, or if you have th AC on high) it will still be enjoyable while it loosens your muscles up!

Also, to make your bubble bath more enjoyable it is common to light candles and turn off the lights!maybe even have soft music (classical is a good suggestion) playing! However you take your bath, make sure to savor and enjoy it- it can relieve a lot of stress for you!
